Condor Bass - Spanish Cedar - D

The High Spirits Condor Bass in the key of "D" minor has a smooth, full voice, making it our most popular wooden bass flute.

Even though it has a wonderfully deep voice, the higher register notes still allow it to be a good lead instrument. This flute is 25.5 inches (64 cm) long.

It is a 6-hole flute, we cover the 3rd hole from the top of the flute (known as the 6th hole) with a leather tie, giving the option to use it as a 6-hole or a 5-hole flute.

The flute is tuned in the key of "D" minor and is a good accompaniment flute for the Kestrel Flute key of "D".

Each flute includes a FREE printed instructional booklet with fingering charts as well as an overview of the FREE High Spirits digital library and YouTube channel, filled with an extensive collection of 'how to play' videos, including new player flute lessons, instruction for intermediate & advanced players, as well as a wide range of videos focused on tips and techniques for understanding and mastering the High Spirit flutes.
