Shruti Box large - C3 to C4 - MKS Bhargava
A concert instrument with particularly large bellows and a full, carrying sound. Gentle movement of the bellows is enough to keep the sound stable, even with several levers opened. The frame is made of massive wood and the sides are made of ply-wood. Including a carry bag. Tonal range from c to c'. Each instrument is individually hand-crafted and might differ from our description.

MKS Bhargava shrutiboxes are crafted in small, artisanal workshops in the Kolkata area. Their instruments can compare with renowned brands any time because of their reliably high manufacturing and good tone quality. Following the death of Monoj Kumar Sardar (MKS) in 2025, the musical instrument wholesaler Naresh Bhargava took over on-site quality control and export operations. Since then, they come with the Bhargava label and we sell them under the name MKS Bhargava.
